The reviewer must confirm completeness, critical values, structure, and presentation before approving delivery.
Measured results
Where the processing route supports them, the report records extraction confidence, text preservation, and Word editability.
Review notes and limits
Important observations and customer-facing reviewer notes remain attached to the result instead of disappearing after processing.
What it does not mean: the report is evidence of MessyFile's review process, not a guarantee of perfect OCR or certification for legal, tax, medical, or financial use. Consequential figures still require qualified customer verification.
