MessyFile provides human-reviewed document conversion and related file-processing services. The founding PDF-to-Word beta covers one PDF of up to 25 pages with a target turnaround of 24 hours after receipt of a usable file and complete instructions.
You must have the legal right to submit each document and request its processing. Do not submit unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights. MessyFile does not provide password circumvention or removal of access protections without verified authorization.
PDF and editable document formats use different layout systems. MessyFile works to preserve content and layout, but does not promise pixel-identical reproduction, perfect OCR, or preservation of every advanced feature. Complex, damaged, protected, handwritten, or design-heavy documents may require additional work, a custom quote, or rejection.
Automated processing is subject to human review. A failed quality check will not be represented as a completed conversion. Report a material conversion problem promptly by emailing john@messyfile.com with the order number.
Any price and scope shown at checkout or in a written quote govern the order. If MessyFile cannot produce an accepted deliverable for a prepaid standard job, MessyFile may reprocess the file, offer an adjusted scope, or provide an appropriate refund. Custom work is governed by its written quote.
