Service

MessyFile provides human-reviewed document conversion and structured data-extraction services. Standard orders cover one supported source file within the page, row, difficulty, and output limits shown for the purchased tier, with a target turnaround of 24 hours after receipt of a usable file and complete instructions.

Customer responsibility

You must have the legal right to submit each document and request its processing. Do not submit unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights. MessyFile does not provide password circumvention or removal of access protections without verified authorization.

Processing limitations

Document formats use different layout systems, and OCR or structured extraction can misread unclear source material. MessyFile works to preserve content and produce usable data, but does not promise pixel-identical reproduction, perfect OCR, perfect field recognition, or preservation of every advanced feature. Complex, damaged, protected, handwritten, or design-heavy documents may require additional work, a custom quote, or rejection.

Review and revisions

Automated processing is subject to human review. A failed quality check will not be represented as a completed result. Customers remain responsible for checking extracted figures and other consequential information before relying on them. Report a material processing problem promptly by emailing john@messyfile.com with the order number.

Payments and refunds

Any price and scope shown at checkout or in a written quote govern the order. If MessyFile cannot produce an accepted deliverable for a prepaid standard job, MessyFile may reprocess the file, offer an adjusted scope, or provide an appropriate refund. Custom work is governed by its written quote.

No professional advice

Document processing does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for checking the substance and suitability of completed files.
