How the pilot works

- For a batch, receive a scope and quote before processing begins.
- Receive reviewed Excel or CSV plus an exception list for entries that remain uncertain.
MessyFile structures document data; it does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax advice, or tax-category decisions. Do not submit receipts containing full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Can you process ten receipts?
Yes. Start with one representative receipt so the expected columns and image quality can be assessed. The remaining work can then be scoped accurately.
Can you process thousands?
Potentially. Large batches require a representative-file test, consistent field definitions, a volume quote, and an agreed exception-handling process before work begins.
Will every field be perfect?
No. Receipt condition and layout affect extraction. Paid work is reviewed, and uncertain or unreadable entries are flagged instead of silently guessed.
