MessyFile collects the contact information, instructions, and documents you submit so we can provide document-conversion and related services, communicate about your request, review the result, and deliver completed files.
Submitted information is used to perform the requested service, operate and secure the platform, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell customer documents or personal information.
MessyFile uses service providers for form intake, file processing, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the service.
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, medical records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive material unless MessyFile has expressly confirmed that the job can be accepted.
Files and job records may be retained while a request is being processed and for a limited period afterward for delivery, support, security, and business-record purposes. You may request deletion by emailing john@messyfile.com, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
