Important: Image extraction is not perfect OCR. Decision-critical names, dates, amounts, and account numbers should always be compared with the original.
Questions
Can you convert any picture into Excel?
No. The image must contain recoverable structured information. Clear tables and defined fields are better candidates.
Will the spreadsheet look exactly like the image?
The goal is usable data, not a pixel-for-pixel copy. Rows, columns, headers, and requested fields are prioritized.
Can you read handwriting?
Handwriting requires assessment and may not be suitable. Use the free file check before ordering.
